Travel Assistance provides protection and help to those travelling abroad, in case of various unexpected events. The service is organized and provided by the international network of offices of Inter Partner Assistance Poland.

In case of health problems:

• Telephone consultation with a doctor
• 24-hour access to a specialist medical information line
• Home visit by a doctor
• Arrangement of medical consultation and diagnosis
• Medical transportation to a hospital in Poland or abroad
• Immediate full payment of the costs of treating the insured, combined with monitoring and control of medical costs
• Arrangement and payment of the costs of a relative's visit to the insured
• Delivery of necessary medicines, rehabilitation equipment, etc.
• Care provided for the insured' children locally or return to the home country
• Repatriation of the insured after completion of treatment
• Monitoring of state of health, information forwarding, care and coordination

In case of other problems:

• Access to comprehensive tourist and visa information
• Return of the insured to place of employment
• Help in recovering baggage
• Delivery of necessary personal items
• Legal assistance in case of loss of documents or legal problems
• Advance of funds, payment of security or coverage of unexpected expenses
• Help from a translator

Management of costs of treatment abroad (TPA):

For insurance companies, Inter Partner Assistance manages the arrangement of medical assistance provided abroad at the insurer's cost using an international TPA (Third Party Administration) system, which involves all foreign subsidiaries and the network of correspondents of AXA Assistance.

Travel Assistance is a product intended for insurers (policies covering medical costs) and for banks (credit cards).
